Description

Change Role may be used to globally change role assignments. For everyone with a particular event, role oldrole is changed to role newrole.

Step by Step

1. Choose Change Role from the function tree.
2. Choose the event type whose role you would like to change from the Choose an event type: pull down list.
3. Choose the role you want to change (the old role) in the Choose old role: pull down list.
4. Choose the role you want to assign (the new role) in the Choose new role: pull down list.
5. Set the Flag Filter, if desired. TMG Utility will only change the role for people who pass the filter.
6. Click the [Change Role] button.
