Description

Show Role Usage writes a list to the log that includes all the tag/role combinations that occur, and the count for each.

Step by Step

1. Choose Show Role Usage from the function tree.
2. If Include Unused Roles is checked, the report will include valid tag/role combinations that do not occur in the dataset. If unchecked, the report will only include tag/role combinations that occur in the dataset.
3. If Include R=Principal, R=Witness is checked, the report will include counts for people with Role=Principal or Role=Witness, by tag type. If unchecked, the program will summarize all people with Role=Principal or Role=Witness, and will not give tag-level counts for those two roles.
4. Click the [Show Role Usage] button.
